Powdered Milk

Last week I made Polvorone.  It is a Filipino speciality, made from toasted flour, sugar, powdered milk, your choice of flavor and melted butter.  My brother got me some polvorone molds from the Philippines. Thus, I made Green Tea polvorone upon his request.  I also made Black Sesame and Pandan. The most delicious ingredient is the powdered milk.  It seems divine, like babies.  I think that is similar to baby formula but cheaper perhaps.  I smelled a baby this weekend.  And it was similar--the milk scent.
